I was being seen by Dr. Bracciano at exactly the scheduled time of my appointment and it was at the end of the day, so I came prepared to wait. He used the freezing spray on two spots on my face and the next day, I couldn’t find the second one right away because it was so small, the technique so precise. He answered all my questions and explained things carefully. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed meeting my new dermatologist and staff.
